Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Custom Items: Orders for custom products are made on demand and produced in the order they are received.
- Individual Orders: While we make every effort to complete production within 5-7 business days for individual custom orders, this is an estimate.
- Larger Orders: For larger or bulk orders, we will communicate anticipated production times to you directly and keep you updated on progress.
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Days: Orders ship Monday-Friday.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- We offer various shipping options (e.g., standard, expedited) for you to choose from at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Print on Demand (POD) Items: Products identified as Print on Demand are made and shipped directly from our POD partner. These shipping costs are calculated separately and are driven by the carrier.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150. This offer excludes bulky or heavy items and may not apply to all POD products.
- International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and do not include our processing and production time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. (Note: POD items may ship separately and have their own tracking).
Refunds
Custom & Personalized Items
- Non-Returnable Unless Defective: Due to their unique nature, custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or are incorrect.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or error for a replacement or refund.
Standard (Non-Custom) Items
- Return Window: You may return unused, standard items within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
- Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about its approval or rejection.
- Approval: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact: Please complete this form within the applicable timeframe to initiate a return.
- Instructions: We will provide detailed instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number if required.
- Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
